My name is Ima
I weave transformational coaching with the wisdom of plant medicine to support entrepreneurs, healers, coaches and business leaders to drop into a state of heightened focus, align with their truth and rise into the most authentic expression of their power.
I am a trauma-informed, somatic oriented facilitator with 10+ years of experience training, coaching and running retreats for people all around the world.
I have started and run multiple six-figure coaching businesses and taken hundreds of people through my coaching programs and processes. With a Masters in Nonprofit Management and a focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I am the former Co-Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization that ran transformational workshops for thousands of young people all around the world to learn to love themselves and live their dreams.
I am deeply passionate about supporting our next generation while honoring our ancestors and the indigenous wisdom carriers.
I am the founder of The Temple of the Eagle and Condor – a lawfully established Private Ministerial Association and Church.

My session with Ima was incredibly powerful. His insights from my Akashic records illuminated shadow aspects of myself that needed acknowledgment and integration. Ready to dive deep into
We will move from the root to the crown and clear any blockages while integrating the power that lies dormant within those areas of the body. We will be working with a variety of modalities, each correlated to a specific purpose and working concurrently as part of the larger journey to absolute wholeness.
SERPENT
Diving deep into the root and working with the koyopa or sacred kundalini fire, the snake will support us in unlocking this energy from the spine. In the process, we will be uncovering and healing issues related to survival and how we relate to the world (money, sexuality, home, community).
JAGUAR
Often these core issues are hiding in the shadows we adopted as children in order to get our needs met. Utilizing the medicine of the Jaguar, we will learn how to traverse the darkness and harness the power inherent in our shadows and often stunted when we repress them. Any parts of ourselves that have disowned or rejected will be called back home and brought into the light for acceptance and integration. Doing so will also unlock the core energy that lives inside of our ability to live in our full abundance and authentic expression of our life force energy.
LION
When this energy has risen and is present, it arrives at the heart for integration into wholeness within our being. This is often the most difficult work, because it is in our heart where we decide if we feel safe to receive this energy and be received in this way as an embodiment and not just an idea. This requires courage, confidence, and strength. For this, we call upon the heart of the lion to support us in stepping forward with an unshakeable sense of who we are that cannot be moved or stirred by the opinions of others. To be bold, passionate and firm but to do with an open heart that remains soft and open to receive.
HUMMINGBIRD
Once this energy has embodied, we arrive at the throat; the place of which most people feel the most challenged due to the fears associated with using the voice and expressing one’s truth in the world. We call on the hummingbird to connect the beauty of our hearts and open our throats so we can bring through our own unique song; one that holds the blueprint for who we are in the world as our sound emanates out.
EAGLE
Finally, we arrive at the crown where all the energy unlocked and all of the parts reintegrated are ready to be crystallized into your unique service for the world. We call on the eagle to give us clarity, focus and assertion with our action so that our prayers may become arrows we shoot out into the sky. We are open to receive the highest vision for our service and our lives, so that we may bring it into form and into the world.

Private Ceremonies
Private ceremonies are deeply intimate co-creations between me and the participants, every one unique and specific based on the individual. We start by getting on a call to deeply listen and understand where you are at, and see how I can best support you in your journey of becoming and revealing more of your radiant nature. Once I have this information, I customize the ceremony based on your specific needs; including the structure of the ceremony, the tools I will use, and the medicine that will be served.
The ceremony will be guided and accompanied by live music, sound healing and prayer. In order to work with this medicine at the next level of its potential, I will be facilitating a unique quantum energy work to help you clarify what it is you desire to create in your life, remove whatever is in the way and start moving towards it. This process and its capacity to pair with this medicine in particular is what makes these ceremonies so profound. It’s my belief and experience that this medicine can unlock incredible amounts of creative potential, so there will be an emphasis and opportunity for you to sing, express and pray; to share what is in your heart and to fill the space with your essence.
